Keeping You Safe

Thank you for your patience with us as we navigate these challenging times.

If we could ask you to help us by following all the social distancing guidance and safety measures provided in our casino. Our staff are there to help make that as easy as possible for you, but we would ask everyone to help play their part in keeping safe and well.

We have also made a number of changes across our casino to keep you and our staff safe:

Customer safety upon entry

  • Daily Temperature check must be taken for all customers entering the Casino
  • Customers must wear a mask when in the casino except when they are eating
  • Keeping distance is the paramount measure to keep infection away so customers will be advised to always keep a safe distance amongst themselves and others
  • Customer capacity within the casino is limited, so you may be asked to wait before entering
  • Physical Contact must be avoided at all times
  • Customers must use our sanitizers prior to entry and often during their staying inside the Casino – sanitizers and hand wipes are located throughout the casino
  • Signs denoting the importance of distancing, sanitizing and wearing masks are on display throughout the casino

Physical Distancing Measures

  • A minimum of two meters’ distance is kept amongst tables and each other
  • Large Dining tables will be limited to a maximum of 3 guests
  • Each table’s chairs should be separated so as to keep a safe distance of one meter between them

Electronic Gaming

  • Some slot machines and electronic table games have had the chairs removed to ensure safe distance between players
  • No groups are allowed around the slot machines – only the playing customer is allowed at each machine
  • Our slots are regularly cleaned and sanitized by our staff
  • Our slot attendants’ will sanitize a machine upon request

Table Gaming

  • Chip trays, card shoes, shuffling machines and chips are regularly disinfected and deep cleaned
  • Table rails and chairs are disinfected each time a customer leaves the game
  • No two adjacent tables will be open at the same time
  • A maximum of three players will be allowed at tables.
  • Roulette tables’ capacity is also limited to 3 players to keep safe distances with restrictions to be made on direct wagering
  • “Backline” betting (betting on someone else’s position) will be accepted provided that the customer is seated at the table and the bet is placed by the croupier (no leaning on tables is allowed)
  • Customers congregating behind seated customers is strictly prohibited

Food and Beverages

  • All straws and wares will be properly wrapped while being presented
  • All dining customers or ones at bars are to be offered tissues or mat surfaces so they can place their protective wearables on them while dining
  • Shisha shall not be provided
  • Bar snacks are not being served
  • Foods and drinks will be offered through intermediate surfaces and not directly handed to customers
  • Each table will be provided with an individual bottle of sanitizer
  • Each table will be cleaned and disinfected after being used
